What can I say about Anna Klarck? The first time I met Anna, I was having an 'Open House' trying to sell 'By Owner'. After spending some time talking to Anna, you realize her passion, honesty and knowledge about the housing market is what sold us! . She is very much a 'people' person and truly cares about her clients. We were hesitant about any realtor, call it women's intuition, she is the one we wanted to work with and we are so glad we did! The time was when the housing market was dropping, and we were excited and frustr... read more
Anna Klarck was very committed and dedicated in assisting us with selling our home in a short sale. We were so misinformed on everything and Anna took the time to explain things to us and helped us endlessly on everything and never gave up on helping us. We are very grateful that we didn't have to foreclosure our property and we never could have did this without Anna's assistance. Anna is a person that really cares and that we highly recommend. Thank you Anna we are blessed that there are still honest people like you in this... read more
In 2008 I was moving from Indiana to Illinois and I had only about a month to move and start my new job. I have never considered buying a house or a condo but Anna explained to me why it is better to buy than to rent and she made a lot of sense. I need to explain that I am not very savvy when it comes to anything related to finances and real estate. Anna spent one Sunday with me taking me to different places. We found a real gem and after seeing a couple of more townhouses I decided to buy this one. It took me only three hou... read more

Anna was recommended to me many years ago by a friend when I was looking to purchase a home. Her expert knowledge of the housing market, advice, and professionalism is outstanding. She is extremely motivated and interested in obtaining the home I was looking for. Since then, she has sold and helped me find another home. Her expertise and dedication has made the whole processes less stressful. I wouldn't trust the sale/purchase of my home with anyone else. You're the best! Janice
Anna is wonderful. She showed us a multitude of homes until the right home was found. She is an excellent realtor and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
We were very pleased to have Anna Klarck with such good preparations to sell the home that was necessary to sell and in a short period of time. It worked to our advantage to experience her expert advice many times over, since we couldn't always be in Illinois with her. Thank you! Eileen Fiegel From Longmont, Colorado
Anna helped me to sell my house in a short amount of time, and at a fair price. Anna was helpful from start to finish, and went above and beyond expectations to make sure I was comfortable with the whole process and kept informed of showings, offers, etc.
We were in the process of selling our home which quickly turned into the short sale process. Anna Klarck was with us from day one. She was knowledgeable in every aspect from start to finish. The process was so scary and at times it seemed as if Anna was holding my hand. Her response time with questions (on almost a daily basis) was between minutes to hours but I never went a day without hearing from her. At the end of the day, she managed to accomplish the impossible by getting our house sold with a smooth closing. She also ... read more
