The gentleman arrived on time! He actually DID out on covers for his outside shoes as described! The job took longer than I think either one of us expected but he never looked at his watch! He explained everything he was doing and provided information on how we could help ourselves in the future! He cleaned up the dust and debris that accumulated from our not beng as diligent as we should have been!
