We found him to be very thorough. Work seems to be excellent so far. He was very careful about wearing protective covering on his shoes to keep dirt from getting in the house. Last night I researched airduct cleaning, found service magic, contacted them, got AJ's information, provided my information to the three. He immediately called me and the work was performed today .
Showed up on time, did a great job, 5 stars! Thank you! Was amazed of how friendly and passionate he was about doing the job right. I had my house cleaned 6 months ago by another company. I knew something was sketchy about them and I was right when I saw just what came out of my house. AJ's duct cleaning is awsome and I would surely reccomend him to all my friends who need air duct cleaning.
Top notch Customer Service. Contacted us serveral times to ensure our comunication was right on. Performed the job just as we would expect. I would recommend this company to anybody.
AJ spent over an hour on the dryer vent which had compacted lint that had probably accumulated over 20 years and clearing the vent outlet which had been painted over and was not opening. He then snaked the whole thing to make sure it was clear. It was above and beyond the general air duct cleaning I asked for. Thank you.
Very pleased that he was able to fit us in quickly. Our main concern was the dryer vent and he cleaned that and helped us to make if more efficient.
He was timely and helpful -- the cost was competitive and the turnaround time was as expected.
