AJ showed up on time and completed the service we requested. We were pleased.
AJ was prompt on time without issue. He is a pros pro, extremely detailed cleaning out all of my vents, returns, and both furnaces, and dryer vent. He took the time to explain what he was doing and showed me the results afterwards. The price was a little more than the original offer but that was because of the additional vents and work I had done. he did very good job
AJ's was on time, answered questions, didn't waste time, completed a thorough walk thru and proceeded to do the job. It was completed as contracted, no extras were added, job very well done and price was reasonable. Definately received value for $$ spent
I think that Albert prevented a fire in our home. While here cleaning our dryer vent he discovered the vent had come loose in the ceiling and was venting iin the ceiling and floor above rather than to the outside. He cut a hole in the ceiling to connect the vent. We don't know how long lint from the dryer has been going into the space between floors in our townhouse but know for sure that it is being blown to the outside now. I would absolutely recommend this contractor. He confirmed the appointment and was there exactly when he had agreed to be. This was a difficult job. The ductwork in this house had probably never been cleaned and there were some basketball-sized clogs. Mr. Montgomery effectively dealt with every wrinkle that arose and he did it for an incredibly reasonable price! He does his job efficiently, resaonably and is very skilled at it. Not only that he was wonderfully professional and polite. Excellent work.
AJ was pleasant from our very first contact to the time he left my home. He was punctual, clean, had the necessary tools/equipment and very gracious. His fee was very fair too. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and will use him again myself in the future.
