Service tech. was on time, he went about his business with dispatch, he was thorough and very professional. He cleaned up any mess that he made. I highly recommend him to others.
Albert contacted me shortly after submitting my request, and was very professional over the phone. My problem was a dryer vent that was so clogged, it was actually leaking water from my wet clothes onto the floor. Albert provided a quote over the phone, and the final price was pretty close. He spent several hours at our home and we ended up having all of our vents serviced. We will contact him again for our future needs. He really is as good as the reviews on this site.
Very friendly and honest. I missed couple of vents and he identified them.
Company was quick to respond with initial quote for the work. Albert arrived promptly at the appointment time, immediately scoped the effort to be done with a revised estimate based upon the number of outlets to be cleaned due to not all being identified by myself on the phone estimate, used the rotary brush method to thoroughly clean all duct work plus the dryer outlet and moved professionally from outlet to outlet until the job was done. The only problem was once he got here, the price went up from what I was quoted over the phone.
I was not sure about doing this at first. After it was done I can now hear an AC unit that is performing better. Also after the dryer duct was done you can tell the dryer is working better.
Great friendly service!!!! Vents so clean you can eat from it......AJ showed me the before and after to ensure customer satifaction!!!!
