I had a problem with my washer and the receptionist that answer was very kind very flexible with my time and also she ....schedule me for the same day;) I love their service the tech was very nice and told me right way what was wrong with my appliance and also they call you to let you know that the technician is on his way...I'm so happy bcuz my washer was fix.........
My heater was on the fritz, with Christmas coming I knew I had to get it fixed. For some reason, it would only cold air would blow out. I called them and the receptionist was polite and flexible, she understood I needed this fixed. When he came out they carefully evaluated my machine. He got what he needed from his truck and was able to fix the machine in less than an hour. The machine started working and has continued to blow out warm air.
professional and efficient, they managed to schedule me and fix my machine same day. My dryer would not stop leaking water. The tech was able to identify the leak and provided me with an estimate which seemed a bit high. After vetting other companies, theirs was the lowest. The tech was even able to give me advice for upkeep of the machine, to prevent the problem from happening again.
I will be using them again. My son decided to put his toy in the sink and when I tried to fix my garbage disposal, I couldn't get anywhere. I called Airtech and they were able to fit me in. The technician who came was able to explain what exactly my son had done and gave me an estimate. I checked around online, and found that the estimate was reasonably priced and decided to accept it. Definetely go with them! With this last heat wave we had, I needed a company to come and fix my air conditioner. The thermostat was not working and I called midday and they came out within two hours. I was a bit skepitcal because I had never used the company but the calmed my fears when they were able to fix my thermostat and have cold air coming out of my air conditioner. Helped me out when I was in a tough spot. I called them because my stove wasn't working, for some reason the flame would not turn on. They called me back and scheduled an appointment for that same morning. They came out, and fixed the flame sensor. They had everything with them and it was done within the hour. It's been working fine since. They're fast, helpful, and reliable. Call them next time.
Recommended for sure! My refrigerator didn't work and they made me an appointment the same day. The woman there was pleasant and accommodating. They came out and gave me an estimate. The technician gave me an estimate and I thought it was high but after calling other companies in the area they proved to be lower. I called Airtech solution to come and fix my dryer ( it was not drying) the woman who answered the phone was very nice, and was able to schedule an appointment for the same day, the technician came to my house to repair it, he replacement the thermostat and fix the problem, the price was very reasonable, and he was polite, professional, and very quick. I recommend their service!
Don't use this outfit. We had them out to fix our dishwasher. They replaced the computer/motherboard in September. Since then it's gone out two more times. The first time they replaced it. At that point you'd think the tech would look for the underlying problem. Now it's gone out again(3 days after the first replacement) and I'm getting a complete runaround.
