Do not buy or lease a car from this dealership. It was the biggest mistake I have made. Not only did they NOT payoff my car when I turned it in.. But they acted as if I was wrong when I called them to inform them. They had already sold the car to another person while the car was STILL in my name. I had to call them and let them know that I was still receiving car notes from my old car. On top of that... I received a traffic ticket for my old car when it was no longer in my possession. RecommendedI flew into LAX after traveling for the Christmas holiday and my car which was in long term parking would not start. Had my car which is a ford towed to Airport Marina Ford. Their service department is open until 10pm which is unheard of these days. They quickly diagnosed my car and told me I needed a new battery. They offered me coffee, soda, and offered to go get me dinner. I live two and a half hours from LA and these guys knew I was stranded and had a long day. The service professionals here are top notch.
