They are very hospitable during your visit. But once you left their showroom and bought their car... They treat you like no one. They don't return phone calls, voice messages and email. Very disappointing ☹️☹️☹️☹️

I will absolutely never purchase a car from here. Car completely malfunctioned, called to see if I could get a tow to this facility and was told I wouldn't get no help till Monday and I had no right to a rental car. Called Galpin in North Hills and they ACTUALLY looked into my vin number. Guess who is getting her car diagnosed and a rental car per her warranty, today? I really hope customer service becomes more of a priority for you. You lost a forever customer.
