Multiple bad experiences: Lost my first service appointment, made me wait both before and after my re-made appointment the next week.... met with a salesman (who never introduced himself) with my parents, who aren't ready to buy, said "it's unlikely you'll get a sale today as we are shopping around," and he just walked away. No words, just walked back inside. Horrible experience. Rude in both sales and service. Driving out of my way next time I need service. Avoid at all costs.
