Sitting at Haag Ford in Lawrenceburg right now. Service department at Airport Ford is terrible! I'm having battery issues in my 2015 Ford Explorer. The slug at the desk told me he could hook it up to a machine and it would take all day on the machine to find out what the problem was. AutoZone told me within 2 minutes that the battery is bad. My husband and myself would like to thank Brandon Rubinof in the service dept for all his help along with every else who helped this past week! Talk about awesome customer service! Went to bat for us against another company who didn't want to fix the issue of our vehicle. Then after picking up our vehicle we looked at the papers left in the vehicle and noticed they did an under body inspection of tire pressure, suspension etc. something they didn't have to do among everything else!! Great service, professional sales staff, and efficient. This was my second purchase from Airport Ford and doing business with them has been a terrific experience.
We walked onto the lot and told the first salesman that appeared what we wanted and what we wanted to pay and what our credit was (not great). We got what we wanted exactly at the payment we wanted with NO hassle, no drama and no circus. Will be back for our next car and highly recommend. We were WELL taken care of

Laziest bunch of rude pricks I've ever dealt with.
I purchased my car at Airport Ford in September of 2015, my salesman was Doug Maxwell. This is the second Ford Focus I have purchased in the last five years. Got Both from Airport Ford. I really like my salesman and the Finance manger there is great!! Love my car!!!! So far made me a happy girl!!
Beyond poor..........Just ask me to tell you my REAL story! Worse place Ford has in the USA!
