Great service. Had issues with our truck while heading south for vacation on Saturday morning. Stopped in and they had the issue fixed and had us on our way in about 90 minutes.
Have been dealing with Airport Ford for years. Have had mixed experiences with service. Had recent oil change and service. Was told my battery charge was not very good. Was surprised since battery was barely 1 year old and was bought from them. Checked again and was told working ok. Over the weekend when they were closed the battery died. Had to buy a new one from Auto Zone. Was told by Airport Ford today battery has to be in the car for warranty. Would have to put old battery in and I guess have car towed to them. Great staff! The entire staff at Airport Ford is easy to work with. From Dana in the accounting office, Mario in the Service Department, and Scott - or any of the sales people - in the show room, All are good people you can trust. They know the value of giving their patrons great customer service through respect, honesty and integrity.
