I've been dealing with the folks at Airport Ford since 1993. I've bought several vehicles, new and used, and I have always been treated fairly, courteously and been given the best deals that the dealership had available to them.
had an oil change couple of weeks ago service was done promptly everyone was very friendly the remodeling job on the waiting room has improved the wait a lot was very satisfied with the experience

I always have a great experience at Airport Ford for my normal maintenance visits. The Service Staff, lead by Guy Ollier (Service Manager) are just wonderful to work with. If I didn't believe in these people, I wouldn't make the 45 minute drive to get there. You see, I live on the Westside of Cincinnati (almost in Indiana).
I think it a great place it fast but umm they don't have a lot of car
We had a great experience buying our car from there. Zach Huber was great in getting to the price and answering all our questions. Great customer service.
Last service was an oil change - no problem. Previously took back to fix dent in rear passenger door. Looked good when done. Now the silver ingot paint job on the door is splotchy and looks bad. Needs to be redone correctly.
I got to admit. They took care of me. I generally hate dealing with car salespeople but they made it easy for us. Let me test drive for 24 hours. Mr Chia was knowledgeable about the car. No pressure. I'll use airport ford again
