My family has used this company for many years. We have been blessed with prompt, friendly, and affordable service every time. If they had to get a part they left heaters with us to keep warm until we could get it fixed. I would, and have recommended them to several friends.. They are even awesome and patient with our dogs bugging them.
Had our furnace go out sometime in the middle of the night. Called several people/places to have someone come fix the issue. Had gotten many excuses and from high name companies no less; "we do not service your area" ... "we do not make house calls on weekends" .... Excellent in scheduling--able to come out within hours and fixed the electrical problem in a short time. All of staff is very friendly and courteous. I am so happy we switched to AirServ! Highly recommend this company.
many issues with the furnace, Brian my service guy had to order parts and they came, so today Brian came and installed them quickly, was considerate wearing booties.He explained all that was wrong and showed me pics--love this idea. Had gas leak and needed service call today. They were available and found the leak quickly and repaired it for me. Have always been satisfied with my service from them!
