RecommendedJim and Tom were communicating with us the entire time our furnace went out during the polar vortex. They ordered the inducer we needed and had the Lennox running again in under 48 hrs. I believe nearly any other place would've taken longer. Attention to detail, communication and caring about us and our home is very evident with Aire Serv.

Excellent service and products supplied by their HVAC tech Jim Hill. Very satisfied with the quick response on a Christmas weekend.
When we had issues on Saturday, 12/15/18 a tecnician responded within 1 hour. At first we were to have a technician from south of St. Paul come out which would have meant a much longer wait. We live about 70 miles or so from where this guy was coming. However, Brian, who has worked with our system before saw our call and he came out right away. I very much appreciate his thoughtful and prompt service. Chris had to come out a few days later to finish the work and he did a good job.

We had a technician Nate B come out Wednesday and found out our furnace was shot. Nate got ahold of Todd M their comfort home designer and he came out that same day and give us the low down. Todd then scheduled an appointment for Friday morning to get our new furnace in. Nate B and James S were the installers. Talk about turning a crappy situation into a good one.
