The tech was on time and explained exactly what the issue was, thankfully quite a simple fix. Came back the next evening to install an ordered component. Will use them again. Charges were fair and appropriate.

I’ve always loved Air-Serv of North Branch’s service and fair pricing. Always willing to help. Today, I have to knock my review down a couple stars. I called the only number I could find for my ‘local’ shop; only to find out it was some mass calling center. After being on hold for nearly 10 minutes, I was answered by a grumpy operator who informed me that they won’t answer questions or sell parts. Very frustrating, I’m a consumer who would rather keep it local. I’m forced to call elsewhere.

I had them quote me a new furnace/air pump based on exact model numbers and part numbers from other quotes I had, they were DOUBLE the price of my other bids! (for exactly the same items!). Very overpriced!!! Get several bids from reputable dealers before you sign on with these people.
Always great service and honest with great integrity. Regardless of the negative reviews these guys are awesome.
Brian Anderson came to do a furnace check up was very thorough and explained everything very pleasant had a great experience
We had a couple of your techs out, Brian Anderson and Jim Hill to do some work on our furnace and air conditioner. What a couple of great gentlemen. They were very professional and knowledgeable in what they do. They also wore their booties to keep my home clean and they cleaned up after themselves. Also, they just went above and beyond themselves to help with a few extra things for my husband because he recently had surgery and couldn't do them, ie changing filters and other related items.
