We've been using Aire Serv for years as they have always treated us well. They are prompt and their customer service has always been easily accessible along with their techs.
I was the lucky & fortunate winner of the Oldest furnace contest!!! What a great team of people working at AireServ. A huge thank you to Nate, James, Andy, Paul and Charlotte!!! They did an awesome job getting the older than dirt furnace out and the brand new top of the line Lennox furnace put in, which was a huge job. Stop overcharging people and taking forever to fix things. And charging $189 just to come give an overestimate. This is what happened to me! They wanted to charge more than $300 over the actual cost of the part.

Too many times elderly are taken advantage of as easy financial targets. I'm fighting this all the time while caring for my elderly parents. In all fairness I didn't witness this transaction, but I have to believe there had to be a better way of dealing with this customer. Sadly it looks like this inability to work with your customer will cost you business and revenue.
Give Ron Johnson his money back. You entered into a contract with him that you wouldn't honor. This is absolutely disgraceful. Ron is a wonderful man with a kind heart and you not only decided to take advantage of him but waste the police departments time because he called you out on your lack of follow through.
Read a story about how they wouldn’t honor an agreement with an elderly man, then they called the cops and trespassed him when he was frustrated about the whole deal. Sounds like they take advantage of 85 year olds. I was gonna call them today or tomorrow for service on my furnace before winter, but after reading that, I’ll be going elsewhere.
Honoring their contracts, not stealing money from the elderly or wasting police officers time would be a start!!
