lost some confidence in them after hearing so much turn over there after using them for 5yrs + but had to have maintenance with my units using their contract policy for it and had a great exp. with the tech Joe. will use again for sure.
Excellent experience with Joe from AirServ and Wendy as well in the office. Experienced knowledgeable HVAC professional, personable and forthcoming with answers to my questions.
They quoted me one price to replace the compressor and then tried to charge me $1000 more than the quote. Claimed the technician was new and hit the wrong button. BUT…Jenna a sales rep for them was amazing. We would adopt her. What a gem! So instead of one star they get three because of her. At the end after a strong conversation they lowered it $500. I’m pretty easy. All in all it turned out O.K.
Very professional! Thank you!
