i didnt have enough money that day to fix my air due to a leak so he settled on what i had which was about 100.00 less than his price he was great to deal with and my ac works great
Contractor arrived quickly and as promised. However, after the work was complete, the bill came to much more than expected. I had asked before the visit what the charge would be and after completion of the job found out that the initial cost only covered the first 15 minutes or so. I also was not advised as to the cost of adding freon before it was done. I was shocked at the costs. They took a little longer than I wanted to show up but the tech did a great job once he arrived. He had the parts in the van that I needed and he had it taken care of in a reasonable time. He did good work and my A/C works fine now. He also took time to talk to me about care and maintenence of the rest of my hvac system. I was totally satisfied.
I made a mistake and hired these people because they were available immediately. The second company I had to hire said there was nothing wrong with the a/c that I had paid money to get repaired. In fact, it needed freon.

Your system should never need refrigerant (freon) because it is a sealed system. If your system is losing refrigerant this means you have a leak. Sometimes the leak can be repaired (welded). However, in most cases the leak is in the indoor coil, this happens due to normal wear and tear caused by rust from the condesation. Timely, fast diagnosis, and very helpful/efficient. I would strongly recommend to friends and family.
David was great. He called me right after I submitted the SM request and set an appointment for that same day, which was a Saturday. He came out, diagnosed the problem, and came back on Monday to replace the parts. He was professional and courteous and I would recommend him again. A little bit on the high $ side, but you get good service in return.
These guys came and got it fixed quickly. It cost lot more than I thought it would but they did their best to keep it as low as possible. I really appreciate that. The work was a little sloppy which is why they did not get 5's.
THESE MEN?? ONE OLDER ONE YOUNGER WAS NOT UP TO STANDARD. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED BUT SOMEHOW I FELT AS THOUGH I WAS NOT TREATED AS A PAYING CUSTOMER.
Fast, didn't try to charge for any items not needed.
