Very nice and very competent but very pricey for the work done. I had a simple service call that ended up being a issue with a simple switch. Nothing replaced/exchanged but cost $160 for 15 minutes of work.
Great company, very professional and willing to explain exactly what the problem was to resolve the issue.
Drew came out on a Sunday of a holiday weekend, with no extra charge. He had the parts with him to fix the issues we had with the outdoor unit, unfortunately after testing he discovered we also had a leaking coil on the inside. He reached out to the Lennox warehouse and they opened on the holiday so he could get the coil replaced, again with no extra charge. The tech (Drew) was very knowledgable, professional, responsible and mature. He was courteous, and above all...had a TEACHING mentality and went above and beyond to ensure our system was properly functioning. We were up and running in less than 30 minutes. He had no display of arrogance, or displeasure that he was called out....on Labor Day weekend!!!! Thanks Drew...your a class act
When he got out to look at my AC unit it had started working again so he was unable to tell why it had quit working the night before. He was unable to do anything and did not charge me for his time and travel to my place.
They did a fabulous job, they went above and beyond to make me happy and answered all of my questions. I was convinced that I needed to replace my unit and they worked hard to convince me that they could repair my unit versus replacing it.
They called to let me know they were on their way and what time they expected to arrive. They went above and beyond to determine the problem with our air conditioner and got it up and running again. They explained what caused the problem and gave me advice on how to keep the unit working well. I will recommend this company.
