We had them install a new ac unit, and then the next week the furnace went out. AC was installed with no problems. The furnace was a 10 hour job ( on a 30 year old ugly hard to reach furnace) . The guys worked hard and were exhausted. We had a hiccup with the air the next day and Rodne came out and got it fixed, just a wire that was not hooked back up after the furnace was installed, to be honest it was a bit of an irritation the next day, BUT they guys worked their behinds off the night before.
