Good communicator, Timely response, Explained the problem and gave us options without trying to sell us anything new. Will call them again for service.
They were actually early which was fine with me. I was looking for a service check on my air conditioner for this summer. After looking over my unit they told me that everything looked good and they had nothing to sell me. I did have a part they said was ruff but didn't needed repaired at this time but I decided to replace it in the event it went out during peek heat and the cost was low. I would recommend them to others.

I really appreciated that the service men worked with me regarding scheduling. They came on a Saturday and after hours on Wednesday. They were very professional and courteous. The only slight disappointment I had was the cost of Freon for my unit. I would have preferred to have been told from the beginning approximately what to expect with regard to replenishing Freon lost when my unit was detached, moved, and reattached. I was amazed they came to look at the furnace on a Sunday. They were extremely prompt and very courteous. The next day they came back with the fixed blower and we had heat once more. We were very happy with the whole experience, including the senior citizen discount! We will definitely call them again.
Right on time. Got the furnace running quickly. Pointed out everything that he did and why. Checked out other things like my humidifier to ensure it was operating well. Pointed out areas for concern but didn't pressure for an "up-sale"

It was a match made in heaven from the start; before hitting enter on my computer he called. He came out Friday, the day after Thanksgiving and fixed my furnace. WE HAVE HEAT!!! Another company wanted to charge an arm & a leg; with Air Sales Mechanical I was able to keep my arms & legs. I recommend that you get all HVAC work needed done by David! My holiday season is feeling warm! Thanks!!!
