Fast, friendly and did a good job.
I utilized this company's service and was elated to find that there are still friendly, professional, customer service oriented people in the world. The tech did not try to overcharge for his services, nor did he try to fix something that was not broken. He had integrity! He even educated me on my furnance. For this act of kindness, this company has gained a new customer....
he came out and checked out the unit and got the part needed and got it fixed for me. He listened to me about what was happening and went right to what was wrong. He didn't try to scare me with other possible problems and things that "should be done" beyond the main problem.
David and his associate came by 15 minutes late and did not appologize for being late. My furance and heat pumps were functioning fine and there were no problems. All i requested was to do a tune up. This contractor and his associate keep distracting me to go up and downstairs to the curcuit breaker box whlie they Manipulating the outside heat pump for the curcuit breaker switch to go off. This customer was squeezed into the schedule and did not have a set appointment. The homeowner never left David Wolgamott's side the entire time except for about 30 seconds to flip his breaker. When David removed the outside panel and discovered the capacitor was swollen and leaking oil he removed it and showed it to the homeowner. The homeowner asked where he could buy this part himself. Called back 30 seconds after I submitted a ServiceMagic request. Arrived on time, made an evaluation and recommendation for the AC unit. Then brought back the replacement part and made a repair. Fast, clean, and reasonably priced. Overall I am pleased with the service.
MR.wolgamott was the first person to call me he told me on the phone his price for service call he would come tell me what was wrong with my furnace and if i wanted to fix it myself i could so i had him do the service call he was so he proceeded to check out the furnace to see what the problem was he did not tell me anything like he had told me on the phone he just took my gas valve and burner assembly off of my furnace and said that was the problem so once again he was supossed to tell me what was wrong with it before he di... read more

There are a few things homeowners can fix themselves, like thermal couples, thermostats and changing filters. However the parts mentioned are not available to the public and if not installed by a certified technician the manufactures warranty is void. All apologies if this was not explained to homeowner.

Their install people dumped the oil from the AC compressor into my yard, the grass is dead, to correct will require the dirt and grass to be replaced. I showed "David" what his people had done and his comment was that was it happens, offer of grass seed, I refused commenting that I expect dirt to be removed and resod. He left without further comment, this is just the beginning, I have taken soil samples, photographs and will contact the EPA for resolution. The oil was not purposely dumped, when the old compressor, which is extremely heavy was removed from the existing unit it fell over. David did offer to correct the accident but as the customer stated he refused.
