I’ve tried over 5 times to get a response about a claim after my unit stopped working a week after a $1600 repair with a labor included “warranty” Tried hard to get any response or a time to schedule a review of my system. Not a call back, nothing. I was patient. But this is unprofessional
Had AirPro clean out my dryer duct today. Kyle was prompt, very informative and great information. He was able to show me with a camera what it looked like in the dryer vent/pipe (before and after video). Great job and very friendly. Thank you.
