Furnace was working intermittently. Air Mechanical sent Antoinne out within 3 hours after my call. He quickly diagnosed the furnace flame sensor needed to be replaced. He was done with my repair within 1/2 hour. Very friendly, fast service.

RecommendedWe have used Air Mechanical several times and have been very satisfied with their service each time. They know their stuff. This time we had a problem with noise coming from the inducer fan on our furnace. Antoinne arrived toward the beginning of the service window I was given and quickly diagnosed the problem. After trying some adjustments to eliminate the noise, he determined that it needed to be replaced and completed the work right then, including doing a mini-check of the rest of furnace. We needed to have our furnace tuned up and Megan came on site and was very thorough, explained everything that was being done for the furnace cleaning and tune-up, and was very respectable about time. She mentioned coupons and helping with the cost. She had to order a new part and came back out to the house as soon as she could to finish the furnace work. Megan was great! Would totally request her again.

Cole serviced our furnace this morning. It was not working properly. He was able to determine the problem quickly and had an estimate for the necessary work quickly. He is very efficiently, communicates clearly, very knowledgeable and is overall very nice to deal with!
