I have been working the company since they installed my new furnace and AC unit back in 2016. They have been exceptional. At the moment I am paying for the maintenance plan yearly. It is probably not necessary with the units being so new, but it is piece of mind that the unit will last as long as it supposed to, and keep my family comfortable for a long time to come. Cole came out this morning and did a furnace inspection and tune up. He was very prompt, quite knowledgeable on the system that Air Mechanical installed 4 years ago. His communication skills made it easy to understand was going on with the system and why he was making some recommendations. I trust someone who is has the product knowledge he has and put faith is his recommendations. He wants to replace a few items not because they failed but to improve performance. Larry H came out to help diagnose the problem with our air exchanger....due to his many years of experience he had a good idea what the problem was based upon my description, however he also quickly worked through the trouble shooting he needed to confirm his theory....He then went on to explain the process and options available to properly fix our issue....I found him very engaging and extremely knowledgeable and look forward to signing up for the maintenance plan and working with him in the future

Chad installed our new water softener and a utility sink. We were very happy with the installation work. Chad was very personable and he answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend Air Mechanical.
