Larry H. came out because of a problem with our furnace not running after we had the extreme weather change. He quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it quickly. Every technician with air mechanical (5 of them now) has been absolutely well trained, communicative, and right on the spot resolving issues and doing furnace and air conditioner tuneups. Thanks everyone.

Our furnace went out on a Wednesday, Called two companies including Centerpoint and they could not locate the problem and left us with no heat. Called Air Mechanical the next day and they were able to find the problem. They ordered the part and a couple days later after the part was installed we had heat again. Happy with their service and I would call again.

Brian came out at the beginning of a 5 hour time slot to diagnose an old air to air exchanger in our home. He advised that I not spend the money on an outdated and non-functioning unit. He also walked around the home to examine my moisture and humidity issues - making recommendations along the way. I now have a meeting set up with sales to get estimates on updating the system and dehumidifying our home. Brian was knowledgeable and professional during his visit. Very satisfied for his input.

My experience with Air Mechanical was a great one. Steve, my Tech who showed up to work on the furnace was friendly, polite, and was up front and honest. He explained to me very well what was needed and what was going on, and also was very friendly to our kids as well. Thanks so much Air Mechanical!
