Steve W was my technician. He was very professional, informative, and kind. He was speedy with my Thermostat install, and ensure everything was up and running prior to leaving.
Chad was very nice. Changed out the rod in the water heater in no time flat. Extremely pleasant man. And unlike the previous two techs AM sent he didn't try to sell me AM's outrageously priced filtration systems which was very much appreciated!
Matt L. came out this week to do a routine PM on my AC. He did a thorough , excellent job and gave me lots of good advice too. I really appreciated his great attitude and professional work ethic. Air Mechanical has always given me excellent service.
Received a new thermostat and needed it wired in. Received a call the day before to make sure the appt date will still work. They called to let me know he was on his way. Cole was right on time, he is very professional and did a good job. He explained how the thermostat would work and showed me how to change things, if I need to. I would recommend Air Mechanical to my family and friends. Thanks for the great service.
Brian was the tech who diagnosed our problem and ordered the parts for a solution. He showed up on time and found the somewhat scarce parts for our old fireplace. We look forward to his return with the final repair.
Air Mechanical, came out to the house on 7/29/17 to fix our water heater. Chad was our tech and was very nice and professional.
Megan was very pleasant. She explained what she would be doing. She found a potential problem with the A/C and offered us 3 options of what to do.She also informed us of a free thermostat available from Connexus.
