Request a service call for clogged drain technician performed a chemical drain clog removal and it did not work. Charged 539.00 and was told needed a condensation pump and that was 1400.00. Called the office and no one will call me back. 539 dollars later still have clogged drain. Very dissatisfied with this company.

We shared with you with your install & last maintenance that in order to protect your manufacturer's warranty & keep your system in good condition you will need to do maintenance a minimum of once per year. With the summer heat climbing, my AC was constantly running and finally froze up. I called on a Monday morning and Air Masters scheduled me for repair that afternoon. My repairman, CJ was very efficient, knowledgeable and got my AC running cool again. CJ was also very patient and kindly answered my 5 year old grandson's numerous questions. Pleasure to meet such a friendly repairman. Thanks

Air Masters has been very good and consistent. They come every six months for an inspection. Today, the technician found a battery was about to go bad, showing me what a good one is supposed to look like and how the one in my system was about to blow. So happy it was found before there was trouble. They were recommended to me and I recommend the company to others.

The service was annual checkup based on warranty. Technician was very thorough and knowledgeable and friendly. Informed me of an incorrect wiring in the air handler with the air purifier system and fixed it. Everything else on my Trane system was working fine. Will sign up with Premium Maintenance.
CJ was the tech that showed up to repair my A/C unit. He was super nice, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and resolved it. Thank you, CJ, for your outstanding service. There is never a problem with Air Masters.
