I have been an Air Masters customer for nearly thirty years. I just had a semiannual routine check done by ****** on my HVAC system and was very pleased with the service provided. I am going to request that he be assigned for all future visits. He is very congenial but highly professional. His knowledge, competency and efficiency are outstanding. Air Masters of Tampa Bay has been servicing our air conditioning needs for the past six years. Everyone is super professional and friendly and most importantly, they work with our Trane Air Conditioner. We have been working with ***** for the past two years and have been extremely impressed with his knowledge. When our air conditioner stopped working last summer he was able to quickly fix the issue and cool our house ASAP.
Our a/c maintenance was performed by Peter on today. He provided outstanding service. He was very courteous and just super pleasant!
Terrible work. No part of the newly installed system has worked properly. 1. NEW Air conditioning has failed multiple times!2. Transfer of blue light system for air quality control has failed more than once. 3. Overflow switch did not work, leaving overflow water damage to my downstairs neighbors.4. Today, 01/21/24, discovered the heating element doesnt work. Unit is not yet a year old.Highly unrecommended.

Excellent, honest service. My electric use dropped significantly with my new Trane unit. Techs are knowledgeable and courteous. Would definitely recommend Airmasters.
Well in June of 2021 I had to replace my hvac system on my home I called 3 companies for price quotes on a 5 ton trane and Goodman combo units and air masters came in 125.00 less so they won the job. But they installed a unit they claim is a trane but it is not labeled a trane it is a amer-star which also was already 2 years old as manufacturers date on this unit was 2019 and has been a nightmare asit failed in less than a year old from install the unit had to have the evaporator and compressor replaced and now a another yea... read more
Just say no to air masters terrible experience they failed the county inspection. still haven't contacted me I'm still feeling like I should get change back from the $9,844 that I spent. Worst experience with a company. I sent documentation photographic documentation of everything that went wrong during this horrific experience that I still am in because they have yet to come back and fix their mistake that the county found. They have not reached wants to apologize for the chaos that was my experience with them.So my advice ... read more
