I have been using Air Masters fro 24 years. They have always given my prompt service and addressed any concerns I have. Their technicians are always pleasant and neat as they dot the worked required in my home. I have never has any issues with Air Masters or their technicians.
I am still amazed and grateful on the service provided by this company. We had a minor issue with our AC unit not turning on and we were service by the technician ******the same day. As usual, **** was awesome! He is just as kind and professional as he was the first time we met him 2 years ago.
We are very happy with the service provide by Air Masters. Our home had mold issues in our AC unit. Air Masters assured us that they would handle the issue and they did. Very professional and prompt. I will not hesitate to recommend this company.
I live in Tampa, Florida and hurricane ****** is twenty four hours away. My air conditioner stopped working and I called Air Masters and spoke with *** who was eager to assist me in getting the problem resolved. The initial contact and sale went as expected. During install a mirrored door was broken by the installer, No offer was forth coming from the sales person nor the company. Numerous calls/voice messages went unanswered. When the person arrived to do the duct cleaning the return air box could not be cleaned because the insulation was damaged (and possibly installed incorrectly by previous vendor) during new installation. I purchased a new Runtru by Trane central a/c from Air Masters back on 11/16/22. They came to install the unit on 11/22/22. a week later I had to call because the blower stopped running, The peanut relay stuck in closed position. On 11/30 they had to come out because of bad wiring which caused the blower to stay on. I called again and on 12/19/22 they came out and found the wiring of the heat was not tight.
