She does a great job of listening to our needs and did not waste time showing properties which did not meet our objectives. It was great working with Aimee especially during the COVID time and closed the deal within few weeks.
Aimee is a highly efficient and responsive agent. We contacted her for selling our property at the beginning of May 2020, Aimee arranged the preparation of the house for sale within two weeks, including painting, gardening, cleaning, minor fixes and staging. House was on the market in mid May. Offer received at the end of May and the sale was closed at the end of June. Due to COVID19, most of our comunications were through messaging and phone, no communcation issues and the whole transation was smooth.
