Aimee worked with us to show us homes that we would like on Zillow. She was well connected within the local agent community and was able to get us pre-showings as well, that put us ahead in a competitive market. Once we found a home we liked, she went aggressively after the deal. She worked very hard, and late in the night to convince the sellers to give us repeat counter offers. We loved her diligence in getting the deal closed.
We highly recommend Aimee as your real estate agent, she is very knowledgeable and knows the market very well. Her professional expertise and amazing communication skills helped us to win the bidding war before it starts with the preemptive offer in such a competitive market in April 2021.
