We found Aimee via online resources. Aimee helped us through the entire process. As first time home buyers, we needed someone with knowledge of the area and the expertise of guiding us through our home buying process. Aimee is a highly efficient and responsive agent. We contacted her for selling our property at the beginning of May 2020, Aimee arranged the preparation of the house for sale within two weeks, including painting, gardening, cleaning, minor fixes and staging. House was on the market in mid May. Offer received at the end of May and the sale was closed at the end of June. Due to COVID19, most of our comunications were through messaging and phone, no communcation issues and the whole transation was smooth.

Bob is a great Realtor. Worked hard to help us sell our house, going above and beyond the call of duty, always available to us for questions and concerns. He was always sure to note to potential buyers all the good features about the house. He brought in a lot of potential buyers, including a young couple that ultimately bought the house. The couple that purchased the house were really impressed with all the work done on the house to prepare it for sale.

Aimee is great, I would highly recommend her to anyone. She worked with us in finding a home. She was responsive with our home search and with explaining clearly the contract process.
