Daniel is a nice and prof agent, he can accurately estimate the final price may be sold and give you useful offer suggestions and never pushed you to increase the budget. Also, he helped me to win the offer while there is another offer which is higher than mine, his negotiation skill is fabulous. Will recommend for the next house.
