Aim Higher Crossfit has been the only place to motivate me to workout in a regular basis. The classes are great and the coaches are even better!!!
RecommendedI found this to be an excellent CrossFit gym. The coaches are very knowledgeable and extremely involved in your workout. They emphasize form and safety while getting to know each person's abilities (strength and weakness). They specialize in individuals of all shapes and sizes that have not workout in a long time and are looking to make a change in their life and their habits, while pushing you to get better, more fit, and stronger. Not only do the coaches encourage you to do your best, they and the other members becomes a second family to you. I have never went to a better crossfit box than this one! I highly recommend it!
