Awesome box with great facilities & top of the line equipment. Free parking was a nice bonus! I was dropping in from out of town & everyone made me feel super welcome - there's nothing like the shared pain of a hero wod to bring people closer together! Fantastic coaching from Tommy who clearly knows a lot about muscular anatomy as he lead us through a very specific series of foam rolling exercises & warm up drills to prime us for the wod. Thanks guys hope to see you next time I'm in town!
I did 3 drop-ins during my stay in Miami, very welcoming and helpful staff and great gym setup and equipment! Absolutely recommended
Estoy empezando con el reto de las 6 semanas, ayer fue mi primer día y creo que puedo confiar en que llegue al lugar apropiado para alcanzar mis metas personales de acuerdo al cuerpo sano y ejercitado que quiero lograr, me gusta el lugar, los entrenadores son personas calificadas, muy profesionales y el ambiente es genial, es duro pero todo está en tu voluntad de querer cambiar tus malos hábitos por un cuerpo y mente sana.
Excelente Box, personal muy calificado y sertificado, la instalación muy buena... � 100% recomendado.....
I dropped into this box while visiting from out of town. The coach was super friendly as were the other members. I would definitely come back when I'm in town again.
