I started here about 5 weeks ago and can honestly say it has been the best fitness experience I have ever had. Coach Thiago & Coach Evan have been genuinely supportive and firm in pushing me to get me to my fitness goals. It's a great atmosphere to be in whether starting out , like me, or having more experience in CF. They meet you where your at & take you higher ! It's really changed my way of looking at "working out" , for the best.
Supportive, caring & knowledgable coaches. The workouts have not been easy but you leave feeling amazing. This has been such an incredible life changing experience. I'm super excited about my future abs and firm buttocks ;)
I agree with what most people say here -- this is an excellent CF box. The coaches are knowledgable, energizing, and kind. They know how to start you off, if you are new, and guide you through the process of getting you to where you want to go. Also, it's really fun! The people who go to the gym are cool, and it's very much a team environment, that also allows you to grow personally.
This crossfit is amazing because of the coaches a few staff. They are truly there to help you push yourself and exceed your goals.
If you have never tried crossfit before this is the best place to start! Make no mistake when choosing. The coaches are great and will make you feel comfortable throughout the learning process.
This has to be the best Crossfit box in Miami. It is super clean, great trainers, all new and plenty of equipment, smaller more private classes and in a great location! I have been working out with Coach Thiago for only three weeks and I'm already seeing a major improvement in my physique, strength, and endurance. I highly recommend this Crossfit box!
