My wife and I moved here from Florida just over a year ago. We’ve only lost power twice during some horrible storms. Both times power was restored within the hour! Every time I have a problem I call or use the app and it get handled. We’re very impressed with the service we get on a regular basis. Thanks, and we look forward to years of your service.
Everytime the wind blows or it rains you can guarantee we will lose power. Our neighbors directly across the street have SCE&G and rarely ever lose power. When you call to make the report you never get to speak to anyone and you never know how long it's going to take. If we had a choice we would switch in a heart beat!

Just know im starting a strike against yall over 800 dollars a month in lights, and yall dont have anytype of sympthany to anything knowing yall ripping everybody off!
Everytime I call no one can help me. They always have to put me on hold to get the answers. I have done this so many times I have lost count. Now I have no power and the lady had to get ahold of a supervisor to help and I just have to wait on a phone call back.
