Worst service ever! Never had any issues with SCE&G but here the wind blows and the power is out for at least 2 hours. The kicker is that if we were one street over we could have SCE&G
They get my power back on every time in a reasonable amount of time. I know, no one wants to have to leave their family on a weekend or anytime in a storm.
Never had so many outages and then unknown to the very company that supplies it!! It takes hours for you all to restore power....are your on-call folks given a certain time after being notified to come in or are they just moving as slow as they like? Duke Electric was NEVER like this!!!�����������
3 hours without power and there is absolutely no storm ? What is going on
Terrible outage service especially when it is due to bad weather.
The facility community room is a great place to have receptions, etc. Accommodations were excellent for the reception we attended.
In the past two weeks our power has went out 4 times! And every time it takes 6 to 7 hours each time before it comes back on... currently sitting with out power now! Yet again and the wind is barely blowing...
