Power goes out ALL the time. The worst electric company EVER!! Sky could be clear and sunny and the power still randomly shuts off!
So glad we have Aiken Electric as our provider. Great people and great service.
We love Aiken Electric, they are prompt at fixing our problems ( which are few). They are always nice and helpful. Thank you for all the work you do in the heat and freezing cold.
Outrageous fees just to join. Power goes out constantly. I can count at least once a week that I have to reset my clocks due to an outage. Can't reach anyone after hours.
Terrible, unreliable service. When power goes out due to weather, it is typically not restored for at least 5 to 8 hours, sometimes longer. Power can go out during perfectly calm day for no reason whatsoever, just long enough to have to reset everything in the house. During ice storm of 2014, had no power for 6 days. When power was restored, the incompetent crew sent a surge through the lines which fried all the major appliances in the house.
