Just had 1st hot shower in a week thanks to h20 select program thank you aiken electric. And never had an outage of more than a couple hours in 10 years
You have a worthless automated pay system. Though I made my payment and it cleared my bank, I got a cut off notice because my payment was credited to the wrong account.

For some inexplicable reason this morning at 8:30, my (and apparently only my) power went out. I called your automated number and in less than 1 hour, 9:25 to be precise, my power was back on. Your crews are awesome! Thank you!
