Had them for over two years and the very first time forgetting to pay the bill by only 9 days they send someone out to both charge me a $35 fee for coming in person and to notify that they'd be shutting my service off if not paid by 9am the following morning. How about a simple phone call? Or how about not doubling my bill with nonsense fees? I didn't see the note they left until I got home from work and of course they have no one you can call for billing after their limited business hours.

They don’t care about their customers in any fashion? Can’t wait to move out their service area.
And yet another power outage. It’s every time the wind blows and now I guess it’s when it gets hot. The most unreliable power supply I have ever had. Thank goodness I have friends that have SCE&G, they seem to always have power. Unsatisfied! Do some maintenance.
