If you can avoid going here do at all cost . They rarely return phone calls . They give you the run around on test results . They really don't assist a patient finding housing or help . They just give them paperwork . Go to positive impact if you can , they are smaller but seem to have much more together .

AHF Northpoint has become a machine that gives little or no care or concern for their patients. I was a longtime patient (10+ years) and the quality of AHF Northpoint has been in decline for the past 2 years. I agree with the negative comments on the office staff, as well. They are rude, condescending, do not return calls, and definitely violated HIPPA when I walked in, asked for a letter that was waiting for me from the doctor, and just handed it over without asking for ID.

They gave out my health related information to a third party company without my consent. They violated the Patient's Privacy Confidentiality law. They Violated the HIPPA. George did nothing to fix this. All they said was "We are sorry" the hell with the we are sorry. Someone in the Office broke the Law. I called Corporate in California and Eugenia and Santiago did nothing. AHF is a horrible Organization. Go someplace else. Its not worth it to go to AHF. Horrible people horrible staff!

April, After testing I did not receive my test results. No one called me and when I called got a voicemail and never got a call back. Updated: It was time for my 6 month HIV and STI check up walk in and was told they are not able to do STI testing and it has been that way for a month. Such a disgraceful organization.
