While Dr Paul is a great physician, the administrative staff sucks. Good luck on getting ANYONE to answer the phone much less return your call. I have been in the waiting area of this place and the ladies at the reception desk do not appear to be so busy as to not answer the phone so i dunno wtf they are getting paid to do.

I have been trying to resolve a billing issue since January 30th because somehow a referral went missing. I have tracked down the referral and submitted the information and it still has not been resolved, nor are my follow up emails being replied to! Up to this point we've been very happy with the service at Northpoint AHF but my patients are wearing this on this matter.
Having to wait 30 minutes to get blood drawn seems absolutely ridiculous, specially when it’s only you and one more person waiting... if it wasn’t for my doctor, I would have already taken my business elsewhere!
