I was Dr. McAlister's patient and he did a wonderful job on my head and neck. I have a plate in my neck and bars. Now after years later I have been trying to get a hold of them for two buged disk in my back. Cause a lot of pain epidural won't help, called their office won't call me back. Going to Cleveland clinic to see what they can do.
No direction to their office suite, when I tried to call, 7 times mind you, I tried every option on the phone log, and not one single person answered a call. Not just me calling, but my fiance as well, not a single person answered either of our calls. Wondering the Hardner building for 35/40 minutes trying to find their office.
Terrible doctor named Courtney will shove her beliefs down your throat and make your life extremely difficult to win back dont recommend dealing with her at all
