Appointment was easy to get and the office is well run. Dr. Sondhi listened to me and asked good questions to make sure that he fully understood my issue.
I was a patient there for 11 years. I had 6 endoscopies and 4 colonoscopies. I was on a drug regimen that increased in dose regularly. I was on an extended business trip and missed my second appt. When I returned I needed a refill Rx. Instead of calling it in, they ignored my messages and sent me a certified letter firing me as a patient.
Dr. Sondhi has always been very courteous & helpful with any questions I might have.

Dr. Sondhi is a rarity, he is genuinely concerned for my well-being & highly interested in getting to the solution of any issue that i may have. His approach is thorough & he is so very kind. The ladies in the office are all marvelous. Amanda is a huge help also. I find the wait to be the shortest out of all of the Drs that I see. The atmosphere is very nice - that's due to the great team all 'round. I have bile duct cancer & a gallbladder infection & I feel I am in very good hands.
My husband and I have some health issues and we have never had an issue trying to get an appointment or speaking with the doctor on the phone. When my husband was in the hospital last year Dr Sondhi. was there to see him promptly
1:45 minute wait to be seen by a medical assistant and a nurse, whole reason for my visit was a consult with the doctor. Lines were out the door with patients. He gave me 30 seconds while booking my appointment. I have since cancelled this knowing my time is not valuable to them and neither is my health.
