I would rate Dr Ahn and his office manager and staff as among the worst in patient satisfaction. I waited over 2 hours before Dr Ahn saw me for 5 minutes . Most of the 5 minutes he was dictating into his computer & not speaking to me. My questions were not clearly answered and he pressured me into a colonoscopy at 37. The staff are the worst in terms of appointments, billing, return calls, prescription refills and insurance issues.I will get a new GI doctor in 2018 and can not recommend him

The clinical & business management staff are the most incompetent medical office group I have encountered after 30 years in healthcare. I have recently left for another physician. Dr Ahn spends minimal time with you & dictates notes into the electronic health record while you're still in the exam room to rush you through the appt. He also owns part of the surgical center he refers you to for procedures. I do NOT recommend anyone to this practice as its run very, very badly.

Dr. Ahn was very empathetic with my situation. He explained further than probably most people need, and was helpful to me to understand my situation better. He was very encouraging and positive throughout the entire process. I like the fact that he is straight-forward. I felt like I could ask him anything.
Friendly, explains everything and has a great bedside manner. Felt like I was in good hands. Will go back to him every time.
Dr. Ahn was very personable and professional.
Dr Ahn removed many polyps during my colonoscopy. He explained everything very clearly, so that I understood my situation and what I need to do next. He was available to talk to me after the procedure. I found him very professional and would recommend him highly.
Very interested in taking patient history, reads files submitted and familiarizes himself with them. Uneventful colonoscopy, excellent follow up discussion. Was recommended to Dr. Ahn by a physician friend, glad I took his advice.
