You have an extremely intelligent Dr., that when he doesn't know an answer tells you. Do you know how rare that is to find? The answer or solution is there, still looking. But never giving up or covering the problem up.
As is always the case, this and every other visit with Dr. Ahn was a pleasurable one and I must say that I have never had anything other than a positive experience with Dr. Ahn and his support staff. To tell the truth, I actually look forward to each and every visit. Everyone there is cordial, professional, and welcoming and makes me feel that I am the most important person there. Thank you.

I answered all of the questions in your survey. It is important to note that you are asking for a review after the initial consult, when the patient has not even had the test for which she is seeing the doctor. There becomes a time the surveys to find out if you did a good job are merely irritating your target audience. I'm surprised that your marketing company does not realize this has become detrimental to the practice's reputation. Please ask them to stop.
