This office sends you on a wild goose chase making you go to one location to another and refuses to see you due to miscommunication in times unacceptable service

Maybe this office, Dr. Godfrey, and I got off on the wrong foot (see what I did there?) when: 1. I called to schedule an appointment and it was booked incorrectly. I wasn’t a new patient, but I was seeing a new doctor. That appointment was cancelled less than a week before and rescheduled another 2 months out. 2. Dr. Godfrey asked how long my ankle had been hurting. I went for my appt. yesterday and was told that they called me a week earlier and left a message on my answering machine telling me that I needed to call and reschedule my appt. I never got a message so I drove to Erie from Albion for nothing. This happened to my mother too a few months ago. My sister who drove her in there from Albion was told that my sister called and cancelled that appt. So after my appointment being changed from a end of day appointment (3pm to 9am) to a morning appointment. So i wouldn't have to miss work completely. I drive 50 minutes to Erie and end being 7 minutes later then they could accept (9:17) my appointment. Which was NOT stated on the automated message i received. Nor was i told to expect to have to navigate parking, the parking attendants not being able to tell me where to go or even which building it is was in.
