Frankie and his team did an excellent job on our property. They installed new sod and transformed our backyard. Frankie was great at every step, from planning to post care, he even came and checked on the grass weeks after the work was done. Excellent job!
Robert and his crew made our backyard beautiful again. They cleared the many piles of dead, cypress tree leaves, spread mulch in all the right places, and even hand pulled the weeds from the liriope and mondo grass beds! They were very professional, on time, and friendly. I highly recommend this group.
Robert Vanegas with AFJ Landscaping provided a prompt and outstanding sod installation quote, including foliar spraying the existing grass and weeds, waiting 7-15 days for them to die, installing one cubic yard of top soil, scalping, stump grinding, roto tilling, grading, installing sod, spreading fertilizer, irrigating, and roller compacting the new sod, with a one year warranty. I hired AFJ to install a drain at my house to address water pooling in front of my garage. Frankie was great to work with throughout the project. The price quoted was very reasonable and the work done was very high quality - you can barely tell they dug on my property, and now I don't have any drainage issues. I'd happily recommend this company to anyone looking to get this kind of work done!
