Tom was courteous and professional. He takes pride in his work and his price was very reasonable for the job. I will definitely call him back next time.
Project was satisfactorily completed as planned.
Missed entire set of windows that were supposed to be washed Also was supposed to clean a foyer light fixture but arrived with no tools. Instead he asked if he could use a toilet brush to reach inside the fixture. Overall the service done was rather poor. Left water drippings on windows. Would not hire again.

over the phone he said it was a small fixture and was light weight when i got there it was a big old 50 lb fixture no one would touch it i said i will do my best there was socks balled up from the kids 5 years ago they used it like it was a net i removed the toys from the light did the best we could she was happy she said looks great i hope so i spent 2 hours on it she had a new brush we rap rags around it and clean it out
